Our Journey

NeoFusion Creative Foundation is Dr. Anubhooti’s brainchild. In a survey conducted, to grasp details about the burgeoning cases of school dropouts, lack of career counselling along with financial issues and interest in education emerged as one of the main reasons behind the trend. From 2013, educational workshops, summer camps were set up for underprivileged students in Jaipur and the profuse response made the need for regular classes all the more paramount. With the help of crowdfunding from 2014 to 2016 different centres were established in Gurgaon to bridge social gaps and empower deprived kids. 2017 marked another milestone where a morning school affiliated with the NIOS board was inaugurated. In 2022, NeoFusion launched its computer literacy program in a government school in Bijnor District.

Our Approach

NeoFusion Creative Foundation is a nationally certified Non-Profit Organisation started in 2013, incorporated under section 25A of the Companies Act, 1956, that works towards the empowerment of the underprivileged communities, especially adolescents, school dropouts and the unemployed youth of India, empowering them to live their dream of being transformed and lead sustainable lives by aligning their passion and career choices.

We strive to transform the vulnerable period of adolescence, by creating asafe environment in which adolescents are heard and celebrated, and by investing in adolescents, we aspire to create agents of multi-generational change and economic impact.

We at NeoFusion strongly believe in creating a child-safe place in all our programs and interventions. On account of the foundation has formulated its own Child Safeguarding Policy and follows it keeping in view the best interest of the children and adolescents.

We are directly contributing to the achievements of SDG#3 – Good Health & Wellbeing, resulting in SDG#10 – Reduced Inequalities and SDG#1 No Poverty, with the foundation’s unique educational approach (SDG#4 – Quality Education) at the helm.

Our Founder

Dr. Anubhooti Bhatnagar, a Ph.D. in Sociology, writer, life coach, and social sector leader, a member of Rotary International, is the Founder-Director of NeoFusion Creative Foundation, an NGO working towards the empowerment and education of adolescents. After several years of work around youth literacy, in 2013, she founded NeoFusion with a vision of transforming the lesser privileged youth of India to break the poverty cycle.

Fondly known as Maa, she is the force behind the foundation’s work and growth. Her organisation has impacted 11000+ young lives in the past 10 years and has received recognition for its continuous upliftment of underprivileged adolescents. As an advocate for gender equality, women’s empowerment, sexuality education, she has successfully created a safe space in her NGO, and aims to encourage conversations about similar stigmatised issues in others as well.
